Chuck Rivas - Loan Officer, Financial Services

Chuck Rivas recently joined Amarillo EDC as a Loan Officer in the Financial Services Division. Chuck provides lending services through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Certified Development Company (504) Program and helps maintain the City of Amarillo Community Development Micro-Loan program.
 
Prior to joining the AEDC, Chuck served as Economic Development Program Specialist for the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission (PRPC). At the PRPC, Chuck was responsible for the application, administration and closeout of grants through the US Economic Development Administration and the Texas Department of Agriculture for the Panhandle Region.
 
Chuck graduated from Southwestern University with a B.A. in Communication and Business. Chuck grew up in Amarillo and graduated from Amarillo High School.
