Qualifications:
· Previous Call Center Experience is required
· Background Check
Job Description:
· 1st Line Customer Service
· Provide Customer service in call center environment (60 to 70 calls per day)
· Training provided
· Low Turnover
· $25k – $30k Conversion Rate
· 6-8 Week Training Period (8:00AM – 5:00pm)
· 2 Shift Hours: (7:00am – 4:00pm) & (10am – 6:00pm)
Interview Stage:
· Will Hire off phone interview
Job Duration:
· If candidate does well on the job they will be offered a full time position with company.
