The Amarillo EDC assisted Rocla Concrete Tie with the development of their 15 acre industrial site in Amarillo. The Amarillo EDC paid the cost of extending a municipal water main to the property line site at a cost of approximately $75,000 and paid for the cost of paving a 570 ft section of road which provided access to the site's property line, for approximately $22,800.
