The Amarillo EDC had a very successful year and saw Amarillo and the High Ground of Texas benefit from its efforts.
In July of 2007, The Perryman Group completed its analysis of the Amarillo EDC’s impact on the prosperity of Amarillo and the Panhandle. A highlight of the study findings states: “In fact, about one in three jobs in the local area is linked to a company the Amarillo EDC has assisted in some way. The long-term economic vitality of Amarillo and the surrounding area have clearly been enhanced by the Amarillo EDC.”
Each and every member of the staff is truly proud to play a part in this effort.
