Anderson Model & Talent Agency is a full-serviced, licensed and bonded talent agency representing actors, models and musicians for film, television, commercials, videos, industrial, voice-overs, fashion, print, promotions, conventions and live appearances throughout Texas and surroundings area. Clients include casting directors, production companies, advertising agencies, photographers and various other entertainment and fashion industry professionals. Anderson Agency's Film Amarillo Division was created to promote film and video in the Texas Panhandle by bringing production companies in from larger markets. We coordinate transportation needs, location scouting, location managing, catering needs, accommodations, talent, technical personnel, rental equipment and facilities.
In 1998, the Amarillo EDC assisted Anderson Model & Talent Agency & Film Amarillo with a $25,000 grant from the Enterprize Challenge. Amarillo Film used the funding to develop a website and store material on digital tape. They also purchased a database to compile and access local film-related assets and the software to support it. The operation in turn grew from one part time person assisting owner Sheryl Anderson to three full and two part time employees.
