Brian Jennings serves as Business Development Manager focusing on external lead generation and new business development. Before making the transition to the Amarillo EDC in May 2006, Brian worked as the Economic Development Program Specialist for Panhandle Regional Planning Commission (PRPC) in Amarillo, Texas. At PRPC, Brian provided commercial lending services through the US Small Business Administration’s Certified Development Company (504) Program as well as the Amarillo MSA Micro-Loan Program and the PRPC Rural Micro-Loan Program. During his tenure with PRPC, Brian also developed and administered infrastructure and construction grants through both the US Economic Development Administration and the Texas Department of Agriculture for Deaf Smith, Ochiltree, and Parmer counties in the Texas Panhandle.
Brian is a graduate of West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas with a BBA in Economics and a MS in Finance and Economics. Brian is a ’05-’06 graduate of Leadership Amarillo & Canyon.
