The Amarillo EDC recently added Lyndy Forrester as a new staff member to the team. Lyndy will serve as Business Development Manager focusing on business retention and new business development. Before joining the Amarillo EDC, Lyndy worked as the Community Relations Coordinator for the City of Amarillo. In this role, she was responsible for communication with the general public, the business community and the news media to provide information regarding City operations, programs and services and was a member of the City's public information team. Lyndy brings 10 years of experience in corporate communications in both government and private industry to the Amarillo EDC.
Lyndy is a graduate of Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas with a BA in communications
