Texas Panhandle Regional Development Corporation (TPRDC)

The Texas Panhandle Regional Development Corporation (TPRDC) is a private, non-profit development company certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). We work in conjunction with local lenders to provide long-term, fixed-rate loans, which would otherwise not meet the requirements for traditional financing, through the use of SBA’s 504 Loan Program. TPRDC also administers the City of Amarillo Community Development Micro-Loan Program, designed to provide small businesses with access to capital in the City of Amarillo.

Over the past 29 years, the TPRDC’s various projects are estimated to have created and / or retained over 2,500 jobs in Texas.

TPRDC’s goal is to assist, promote, and advance the business prosperity and economic welfare of the State of Texas. Through the cooperative efforts of our lending partners, TPRDC is able to provide loans to small businesses including new, early stage and established businesses with the goal of expanding and creating/retaining jobs.
