Doug oversees a number of financial tools to help businesses succeed in Amarillo. We lean on him for his 20+ years of experience with the Texas Panhandle Regional Planning Corporation (TPRDC) and his experience in small business lending, government contracting, grant writing and project administration. In his role with us, he administers several TPRDC lending programs.
