Moving to a new place can be tough. Meeting people in that environment can be even tougher. Luckily, the Amarillo EDC is here to help interns get acclimated with programming that introduces them to our vibrant community.
Uncover Amarillo allows employers to improve the quality and success of their internships by enabling college-age interns to get their bearings in Amarillo. Participants get the opportunity to meet interns from outside organizations, experience different parts of Amarillo, and connect with local young professionals. The Uncover Amarillo: Intern Experience is free to participating companies.
THE INTERN EXPERIENCE
The Amarillo EDC is here to help introduce interns to our growing and vibrant community. Interns will get the chance to explore the city, meet interns from other organizations, and be introduced to Elevate Amarillo young professionals.
