Thousands of motorists pass through Amarillo every day, and an amazing number of them stop at one of two legendary attractions bracketing the city: The Big Texan Steak Ranch on the east side and Cadillac Ranch to the west. CENTER CITY

Dedicated to highlighting our downtown cultural district, Center City provides multiple free, fantastic events throughout the year! During the summer months, highlights include the Amarillo Community Market and High Noon on the Square. Fall kicks off with Jazztober. And 2019 brought national attention with the city’s first annual Hoodoo Mural Festival.

SOD POODLES

Our inaugural season of the Amarillo Sod Poodles brought in 400,000 attendees AND the title of Texas Minor League Champions! Discover why the Sod Poodles were Minor League Baseball’s 2019 Team of the Year.
