Hollie was born and raised in Amarillo and is honored to play an active role in shaping the communities future. She is responsible for leading strategic project management initiatives that drive economic growth. She oversees business recruitment efforts, working to attract new industries and business retention and expansion programs to support existing companies. Hollie plays a key role in cultivating relationships with local, regional, and state partners to align economic development goals and ensure collaborative success. Before joining the AEDC, she worked with the Amarillo Convention and Visitor Bureau, gaining valuable experience in community outreach and marketing. Hollie earned a dual degree in Marketing and Management from Texas Tech University. She is married to her husband, Riley, and together they enjoy life with their three bird dogs.
